All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Special Process Products:
For products requiring special handling or customization, shipping may take 7-15 days. This will be clearly indicated on the product details page.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
Shipping Area:
We currently ship across the United Kingdom. If your location is not supported, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

Carrier Information
We ship via all major carriers, including Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others. The most appropriate carrier will be selected based on your destination and product size.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive the email within the expected time frame, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
Visit our "Track My Order" page or click the "View My Order" button in your confirmation email to monitor your shipment's progress.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
klenari.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Order Modifications:
If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
Order Cancellations:
To cancel an order, please contact us before 7:00 PM (GMT) on the day of purchase. Cancellations requested after this period may not be possible if the package is already in transit. If the package is in transit, we recommend refusing the delivery. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the cancellation and refund within 1-2 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact our support team at support@klenari.com to initiate a return and receive further instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@klenari.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
Wrong Address:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If an item is lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Klenari is not liable. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the package.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
